Public Offer for Partnership Agreement

This public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) is an official proposal from the real estate website M-SQ.EU, located on the domain and subdomains https://m-sq.eu (hereinafter referred to as “M-SQ.EU”), addressed to any interested legal entities and individuals (hereinafter referred to as the “Partner”) to enter into a partnership agreement under the terms specified below.

1. Subject of the Offer

1.1. M-SQ.EU provides Partners with the opportunity to place real estate listings on the M-SQ.EU website and its subdomains free of charge for a period of 2 years in exchange for placing a direct link and the M-SQ.EU logo on the Partner’s website.

1.2. Placement conditions include the Partner’s obligation to provide accurate information about real estate properties in a structured XML format, which must be made available through a link provided by the Partner.

2. Terms of Acceptance of the Offer

2.1. Acceptance of this Offer is considered completed by the Partner upon the fulfillment of the following actions:

• Placement of a direct link to the website https://m-sq.eu and the M-SQ.EU logo on any page of the Partner's website accessible to search engines.
• Providing access to an XML feed with information about real estate properties for automatic listing updates. The XML feed must be provided and accessible via a link specified by the Partner.

2.2. The partnership agreement will commence on the date the XML feed link is added to the M-SQ.EU database.

2.3. Upon acceptance, the Partner is considered to have entered into an agreement with M-SQ.EU under the terms outlined in this Offer.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. M-SQ.EU agrees to:

• Publish and automatically update the Partner’s listings based on the XML feed provided by the Partner at least once a day.
• Ensure the visibility of the listings on the M-SQ.EU platform throughout the term of the agreement.

3.2. The Partner agrees to:

• Place a direct link and the M-SQ.EU logo on their website.
• Provide complete and accurate information about real estate properties in a structured XML format, which must be accessible via a link provided by the Partner.

4. Term of the Offer

4.1. This Offer is valid until it is revoked or amended by M-SQ.EU.

4.2. M-SQ.EU reserves the right to change the terms of the Offer or withdraw it at any time without prior notice.

5. Final Provisions

5.1. The agreement concluded by accepting this Offer has the force of a contract and is governed by the laws of the country of M-SQ.EU’s registration.
