Access is very easy and the village has most amenities. For shopping at large supermarkets you would drive for around 30 minutes.
Walled Courtyard and House
A gated entrance leads to the house and this part of the plot has both courtyard and garden within a high wall. There is a well for irrigation. The garage and additional outbuildings are also within this walled section. The house has a large sitting room, three bedrooms, a kitchen which needs total modernisation, and several rooms which originally would have been used by the family for the preparation of their own dried meats and sausages. It might be possible to put a pool in the courtyard but permission would have to be obtained by the new owner.
This is a great house for someone who wants a project that’s not too extensive or daunting, wants to be edge of village, and have privacy.
The Plot
The land surrounds the house/walled courtyard and is planted entirely with olive trees. There are approx. 32 trees. Entrance is via a village road and then a gate. There is plenty of space to park in the olive grove or you can open the second gate for access to the house/courtyard and then the garage.
