It consists of three properties with a total of 84 hectares of land:
1. Cortijo Casa Nueva y Maja (workers' house), with 14.88 hectares (0.99 hectares of vegetable garden, 13.32 hectares of prime pastureland, and 0.57 hectares of sheepfold buildings and paths).

The farms are located on gentle slopes, allowing for complete mechanization without any problems.
The area is covered with olive groves, calm land, and pastureland. Their overall classification is Meso-Thermo-Mediterranean. Their annual sunshine is 2,700 hours, with 1,125 hours during the autumn and winter months. Annual rainfall is 648 mm.
The plantation is intensive, with a planting pattern of 7 x 5, and an estimated age of 10 years.
There is a drip irrigation system installed on the main network and approximately 10 hectares are finished.
Good access to the farm.
On the farm itself, there is a high-voltage line along each northern and southern boundary.
The farm has proven profitability, with an income of over €75,000 after all expenses.
Plans are to complete the drip irrigation system for the rest of the olive grove and build an olive mill.
