It might be possible to put a pool in the courtyard but permission would have to be obtained by the new owner.
This is a great house for someone who wants a project that’s not too extensive or daunting, wants to be edge of village, and have privacy.
The Plot
The land surrounds the house/walled courtyard and is planted entirely with olive trees. There are approx. 32 trees. Entrance is via a village road and then a gate. There is plenty of space to park in the olive grove or you can open the second gate for access to the house/courtyard and then the garage.
