  1. This Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement, as well as other agreements concluded with the User in the process of using the Sites and M-SQ mobile applications, when this is expressly provided for by their terms.

  1. This Policy applies to all personal data that M-SQ may receive from the User while using the M-SQ Sites and mobile applications.

  1. M-SQ does not control and is not responsible for third party websites that the User can access via links available on the M-SQ websites. Third party websites may have their own privacy policies and may collect or request other personal information from the User.

  1. For specific services, M-SQ may publish additional terms and conditions that supplement this policy.

  1. Composition and purposes of processing personal data

2.1. The main purpose of processing personal data is to fulfill obligations and services to the User provided for by the M-SQ User Agreement and other agreements for the use of services of the M-SQ Sites and mobile applications. More detailed information about the purposes of processing personal data and the composition of the processed data is provided in the relevant agreements with the User. 2.1.1. Information about the list of obligations and services, for example, providing access to information services, managing real estate searches, registering and authorizing as a user, posting advertisements, requesting contacts of other Users to communicate with advertisers.
2.2. Composition of personal data
2.2.1 Information provided by the user independently or by a company that is the user’s representative, including the user’s personal data, such as Last Name, First Name, Patronymic, email, telephone, address, tax number, photograph and other data.
2.2.2 Data that is transmitted automatically (IP addresses, cookies, etc.).

  1. Principles and methods of processing personal data

3.1. When processing personal data, M-SQ is guided by the following principles:
3.1.1. ensuring the legality of the purposes and methods of processing personal data;
3.1.2. compliance of the purposes of processing personal data with the goals predetermined and stated when collecting personal data;
3.1.3. compliance of the volume and nature of the personal data processed, as well as the methods of processing personal data for the purposes of processing personal data;
3.1.4. absence of redundant personal data in relation to the purposes stated when collecting personal data;
3.1.5. ensuring the reliability of the processed personal data;
3.1.6. use of separate databases for incompatible purposes of processing personal data.
3.2. The processing of personal data by M-SQ is carried out both with the use of automation tools and without the use of automation tools.

  1. Rules for processing personal data

4.1. Personal data is obtained directly from Users in the process of using the Sites and M-SQ mobile applications.
4.2. The collection of personal data is carried out using M-SQ, located in the European Union and subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
4.3. In cases provided for by the processes for processing personal data in M-SQ, personal data may be transferred to third parties. The transfer of personal data to third parties can be carried out with the consent of the User, as well as in cases provided for by the legislation of the European Union, and on the basis of legal requirements.
4.4. The processing of personal data is carried out during the validity period of the User Agreement, other Agreement, agreement for the use of services of the Sites and M-SQ mobile applications, and the terms established by the legislation of the European Union or until you request its cancellation or withdraw your consent. In addition, we hereby inform you that your data will remain blocked during the limitation periods (expiration) of the obligations for each purpose described in paragraph 2.

5.1. M-SQ takes all necessary protection measures, including those provided for by European Union legislation and subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), aimed at ensuring the confidentiality and security of personal data. The personal data protection measures used in M-SQ include:
5.1.1. a person responsible for ensuring the security of personal data in M-SQ has been appointed;
5.1.2. identified current threats to the security of personal data;
5.1.3. a set of protection measures has been developed and implemented to ensure the neutralization of current security threats;
5.1.4. the rules for ensuring the security of personal data during their processing have been determined;
5.1.5. Periodic monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of measures taken to protect personal data is carried out.

  1. Rights of Users regarding their personal data

6.1. Users have the right:
6.1.1. request information about your personal data processed by M-SQ, including:
  • confirmation of the fact of processing of personal data;
  • legal grounds and purposes of processing personal data;
  • applied methods of processing personal data;
  • full name and location of M-SQ, information about third parties who have access to personal data or to whom personal data may be disclosed on the basis of an agreement with M-SQ or on the basis of law;
  • the composition of the personal data being processed and the source of its receipt;
  • terms of processing of personal data, including periods of their storage;
  • the procedure for exercising the rights of the subject of personal data provided for by law;
  • information about completed or intended cross-border data transfer;
  • name and address of the person processing personal data on behalf of M-SQ, if the processing has been or will be assigned to such a person;
  • other information required by law;

6.1.2. demand familiarization with the personal data being processed;
6.1.3. demand clarification of personal data if it is incomplete, outdated or inaccurate;
6.1.4. demand blocking of personal data if it is incomplete, outdated or inaccurate, or if its processing by M-SQ is unlawful;
6.1.5. demand the destruction of personal data if it is illegally obtained, or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, or, in case of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data.
6.1.6. require M-SQ to notify all persons who were previously provided with incorrect or incomplete personal data of all exclusions, corrections or additions made to them;
6.1.7. appeal to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects or in court against unlawful actions or inactions of M-SQ in the processing and protection of his personal data.

  1. Clarification and destruction of personal data

7.1. Personal data is clarified by the User independently using the functions of the Sites and M-SQ mobile applications.
7.2. Personal data processed by M-SQ is subject to destruction in the following cases:
7.2.1. upon achievement of the purposes of their processing or in case of loss of the need to achieve them within a period not exceeding thirty days from the moment of achieving the purpose of processing personal data, unless otherwise provided by the agreement to which the subject of personal data is a party, beneficiary or guarantor, or another agreement between M-SQ and the subject of personal data;
7.2.2. in case of detection of unlawful processing of personal data by M-SQ within a period not exceeding 30 working days from the date of detection of unlawful processing of personal data;
7.2.3. in the event that the subject of personal data withdraws consent to the processing of his personal data, if the storage of personal data is no longer required for the purposes of processing personal data, within a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of receipt of the said withdrawal, unless otherwise provided by the agreement to which the beneficiary or the guarantor for whom the subject of personal data is, another agreement between M-SQ and the subject of personal data;
7.2.4. in case of expiration of the personal data storage period determined in accordance with the legislation of the European Union and organizational and administrative documents of M-SQ;
7.2.5. in case of an order from the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) or a court decision.
7.3. Consent to the processing of personal data can be withdrawn by the User at any time. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must send a corresponding request to support@m-sq.eu.
7.4. Withdrawal of the User's consent to the processing of personal data cannot be grounds for termination of processing if M-SQ has grounds provided for by the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR.
7.5. If services containing Google technology (for example, YouTube) are used on the M-SQ website and application, the User's data is also processed in accordance with https://www.youtube.com/t/terms and https://policies.google. com/privacy.
