Stanpromet.ba - real estate agency announces the exclusive sale of apartments in a residential and commercial building under construction in Dobrinja. After the realization of a series of successful residential and commercial buildings, the company Butmir in cooperation with the real estate agency Stanpromet is proud to present the new building "Dobrinja" designed according to the highest standards with the traditional quality that we stand behind. The building is located in a quiet part of the village, close to the main roads and far enough away to provide its users with a peaceful and comfortable life in one of the most popular areas for family life. The apartment in question is located on the fourth floor of the building and consists of an entrance hall, a spacious living room with a kitchen and a dining room, an entrance hall, three bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and two balconies, with a total area of 83.6 m2. The facility meets the strictest energy efficiency regulations, and meets strict criteria when choosing the materials used in construction. In order to further reduce the costs of increasingly expensive energy sources, we have ensured separate consumption measurement for each individual apartment and office space. The apartments are heated from a gas boiler located within the building. The construction of the building is underway and we expect that the first tenants will be received in the spring of 2024. MATERIALS BATHROOM • Walls covered with rectified ceramic tiles of class I up to the ceiling • Floor covered with rectified ceramic tiles of class I • Ceiling plastered and painted with dispersive paint • Porcelain sanitary ware such as Villeroy&Boch Architectura or Vitra • Shallow shower tubs with tempered glass cabin HALLWAYS, ROOMS AND KITCHEN • Walls plastered and painted with dispersive white paint • Floor covered with first-class three-layer parquet with with wooden corner moldings • Ceiling smoothed and painted with dispersive paint OPEN • Entrance burglar-proof doors on apartments of burglary security class III, fire resistance 30 minutes • Interior doors on rooms and bathrooms wooden white. • External openings made of 5-chamber PVC profiles with insulating glass filling INSTALLATIONS • High and low current installations with a standard arrangement of connection points. Optical infrastructure brought to each apartment with the possibility of connecting the apartment to cable Internet/TV/telephone • Water connection with separate measurement (water meter) and standard arrangement of sanitary facilities in the apartment • Floor heating with standard arrangement of radiators and separate measurement (calorimeter) for each apartment. Heating is provided from the boiler room inside the building, which will be managed by KJKP "Toplane Sarajevo" doo GARAGE • Entrance sectional door. Floor surfaces treated with ferroconcrete.
