Granada Houses Estate Agency offers this large, traditional Andalucian townhouse set in a quiet street in a small town.
This centennial house has high ceilings and lots of room. It requires some TLC to bring it to modern standards but you would have an impressive house after.
You enter via a good sized hall with two rooms off to the left. There are quality antique wooden doors that lead to these two rooms and we believe that they could be made into one large room by removing a wall.
Straight on from the front door are two part glazed doors that lead to a second hallway. Stairs with a high quality wooden bannister lead to the top floor. On this ground floor is a family bathroom that could do with being updated. Doors next to the staircase lead through to the sitting room with fireplace and inbuilt shelves either side. Another door leads to a basic kitchen and to the large private patio.
In the patio are two store rooms either side of a decorative alcove with room for seating and a table or as a place to put inbuilt seating in a banquette style. There is a WC within the patio area and near to the house.
Upstairs are two rooms to the patio side of the house and here the roof is beamed but also too angled for full use of the entire space. The smaller of the rooms could become a roof terrace by taking off the roof here. The largest of the rooms could be a lovely bedroom with room for an ensuite if you changed the roof height at the patio side.
On the street side are two further bedrooms with both full height windows as well as smaller windows so there’s good light here.
In the town there are bars, a supermarket, and church. There are two other bigger towns at less than a 7 minute drive to both. The nearest motorway for access to Granada city or Malaga airport is around 10 minutes.
