The property enjoys direct access on the highway and abuts a registered road with a frontage of approx. 475m (175 meters along its western boundary and 300 meters along its northern boundary). The property falls within two planning zones, Zone Βα5, with a building coefficient of 80%, coverage of 60%, and permission for 2 floors of construction, Zone Βδ5, with a building coefficient of 50%, coverage of 60%, and permission for 1 floor of construction.
