The property enjoys direct access on the highway and abuts a registered road with a frontage of approx. 475m (175 meters along its western boundary and 300 meters along its northern boundary). The premises have approximately the following areas: • Admin Building: 399m² • Initial Building: 4,000m² • Initial Extension: 7,430m² • Recent Extension: 4,980m² • Sheds: 2,225m² The property comprises three adjacent industrial buildings that were completed in diverse times, in 1980 and partly extended in 1990, also in 2002 and 2008. The property under study is a large industrial development consisting of warehouse buildings and office spaces that have been constructed within an industrial field. The property falls within two planning zones, Zone Βα5, with a building coefficient of 80%, coverage of 60%, and permission for 2 floors of construction, Zone Βδ5, with a building coefficient of 50%, coverage of 60%, and permission for 1 floor of construction. The property is registered on SPV and transfer fees will not be applicable.
