A large estate on Lovcen, located within a national park, is for sale. The total area is 198,000 m² and consists of several parcels combined into one. Most of the property borders the main road between Cetinje and Ivanova Korita, providing easy access. Three buildings are already located on the property: • an old stone house, • a newer house, • a prefabricated house. All buildings are registered in the land register, are functional, and can be reconstructed. Documents for the construction of an ethno-village in the style of wooden houses (brvnary) have been submitted; permits are pending.
