You enter via a gate to a gorgeous front patio with crazy paved flooring, highly decorated and two entrances to the cave. It’s both striking and very pretty.
One door leads to a kitchen fitted out in a traditional Andalusian style. The other door leads to a small entrance hall with a shower room off. A further door leads to a sitting room with a fireplace.
Two archways lead further into the cave, one side could be a bedroom and dressing room, or a games room and office. The other arch leads to a bedroom and dressing room. As is common with caves the internal temperature is consistent and there’s no sign nor smell of damp.
The cave is within a town with amenities and has very easy access to the motorway for trips to Granada and Malaga.
It would be a great holiday home or a very interesting Airbnb rental property.
